This booklet is a rare book that looks at Walt Whitman's life in Southern New Jersey. It is a book published several years ago by the Whitman Stafford House organization. My uncle was involved with the Whitman-Stafford House committee; he gave me this book several years ago.\r\rIt was published in 1979. Whitman lived in the Stafford house for a few years; he would walk down to a local stream and write some of his poems. \r\rA unique collector's item that cannot be found elsewhere. It may have some interesting information.\r\rI think this is a unique piece of Whitman history, published in America, more than 40 years ago. \r\rこの小冊子は、ウォルト・ホイットマンの南ニュージャージーでの生涯を紹介した貴重な本です。ホイットマン・スタッフォード・ハウスという団体が数年前に出版した本です。私の叔父がホイットマン・スタッフォード・ハウス委員会に関わっており，数年前にこの本を私にくれました。\r\r出版は1979年です。ホイットマンはスタッフォード・ハウスに数年間住み、地元の小川まで散歩して詩を書いていました。\r\rこの本は他では手に入らないコレクターズ・アイテムです。興味深い情報があるかもしれませんが、学者にはあまり役に立たないでしょう。\r\rホイットマンの時代の新聞の複製もあります。\r\rこれは40年以上前にアメリカで発行されたホイットマンの歴史の中でもユニークなものだと思います。
